Small Batch - 3D Printed Parts

The end of 2023 finished with an order of 12 scaled down structural beams, for a customer looking to display them to potential leads.

Having worked with the customer, and providing some CAD consultancy, a final design was agreed upon and production could commence. These units had to be split in the middle to create an interference fit for assembly. This was trialed and tested and then applied to the final model.

After a continuous 60 hours of printing, all models had been printed, and assembled, then carefully packaged before being shipped to the customer.
